This full-house renovation and addition reimagines a traditional Tudor home with a refined, simplified approach. Over the years, the house had been expanded multiple times by different hands, resulting in a disjointed layout and aesthetic. This renovation sought to bring clarity and cohesion to the home, preserving original materials and forms while introducing new elements that soften the architectural language. A new stair tower brings daylight into the heart of the house, clarifying circulation and opening views to the landscape. Inside, each space was designed with purpose and attention to detail, forming a sequence of distinct yet connected rooms. Outdoor spaces were restructured to create a generous, private terrace with a pool, screen porch, and pool house that integrates architecture and landscape.
